In-depth and time-efficient
Thanks to over 15 years of experience of our NIP-certified psychologists and the newest high quality tools at our disposal, we are able to make an in-depth analysis of a person or a team in a short period of time. Whereas traditional assessments are limited to a superficial analysis of a person’s strengths and areas for improvement, we go much further than that: We assess a person’s unconscious motives and its impact on his or hers performance and well-being, and someone’s so-called ‘adaptive behaviour’. We use this information to develop a plan for personal development that really connects to someone’s personal qualities. The time participants spend on assessments ranges from 20 minutes to four hours, depending on the type of assessment.
