Past business case

An electronics company wanted to make strategic decisions concerning product development. We were involved in developing the innovation process with a strong emphasis on strategic think-tank sessions.


In close cooperation with experts in marketing, market research, design and product management we developed an appealing programme for this company. During two days we fascilitated think-tank sessions. We made sure that everyone involved was well prepared and that they were completely involved in the creative process in these sessions. This approach led to high levels of synergy and the development of many innovative and creative ideas. New product innovations were created, evaluated and expanded, and strategic decisions were made concerning their implementation. During follow-up sessions these results and ideas were further elaborated upon in detail, and they were scheduled in the production process.
